Excellent stay near the slopes!

short walk friendly staff clean room

I found the location superb for hitting the slopes, especially since it's a very short walk from the gondola. The staff members were friendly and helpful! I also appreciated that the rooms were clean and well kept. The internet access was fast and available throughout the premises.

I noticed the food quality at dinner was low, a letdown considering the price I paid for the meals. I hope the hotel can address this issue to improve the dining experience in the future!

great location warm water no privacy back ache

The location ROCKS! It is close to the gondola and the pedestrian zone has many restaurants and bars. Our rooms featured new furniture in the annex building (i was so excited!). Breakfast and dinner were OK and I really enjoyed the spa. The swimming pool water was warm enough.

I found the rooms weren't quiet. I could hear everything from the other rooms. There was no privacy at all. Also the beds were not GREAT and the pillows made my back ache. It was hard to rest after a day of skiing, as it was so uncomfortable.

solid stay near gondola

central location comfortable sleep excellent treatment

location offers direct proximity to the gondola and the city center. i had a new mattress in my big room and that meant very comfortable sleep. the spa offers good amenities, and the massage treatment felt excellent.

smell of cigarettes was noticeable in the hallways and stairways. the breakfast could improve. i did not see heating lamps over the hot food selection, it is not ideal.

my room was spacious, clean and included modern amenities. the heating worked well, the room was very warm. the bed had very comfortable pillows and a new mattress, which i appreciated.

The hotel is near the gondola. I found a pool and sauna adding to the relaxation. The food was AMAZING!!!

helpful staff easy access daily cleaning

i found the staff helpful . the location allowed easy access to nearby shops. daily cleaning service kept the apartment super clean, a great advantage after skiing.

the gym equipment seemed a bit dated, but i managed with what was available.

Convenient Location Near Ski Rental

convenient location ideal location kind staff clean room

The hotel's proximity to the ski rental store I prefer made the location ideal for me. It was also a short walk to the gondola. I found the staff to be very kind, and my room was clean, which I always appreciate.

There was little variety in the breakfast options, it seems.

unsafe elevator cold pool

the location was acceptable close to shops bars and restaurants

the elevator felt unsafe it shook a lot i felt anxious every time i used it. also the pool was cold i hoped for a relaxing swim but it was too uncomfortable
